Oversee all phases of video, photo and digital production from brief to delivery. Drive the use of AI tools for concept development, synthetic voice, lip dubbing and high-fidelity video generation. Recruit, train and lead team of internal and external producers and creative specialists. Generate scaled program budgets and provide vendor solutions for a range of highly visible campaigns. Manage talent contracts, usage, licensing, clearances, and agreements across the portfolio. Clients include Tylenol, Listerine, Pepcid, BAND-AID, HP, Pfizer, Philips and Teva Pharmaceuticals.

Managed all video operations for Billboard Magazine’s premier music news website with 25M+ visitors per month. Set staff assignments, schedules, budgets, workflow and creative direction for bi-coastal production team of 10 people. Collaborated across departments to drive video ideation and implement monetization strategies for dozens of shows. Served as showrunner on over 50 tentpole live events streamed on social platforms to millions of music fans. Executive Produced “Billboard GRAMMYs Live Pre-show” rated the #1 live show on Twitter in 2017 with 11.9M views. Launched Billboard’s daily news division creating 30+ hosted videos per week and earning 250M total views each year. Produced a four-part docuseries for Snapchat Discovery, the platform’s first ever music show, featuring Demi Lovato.

2010 - 2015

Supervised production of over 500 videos each year, including artist interviews, lifestyle features and marketing reels. Distributed video and podcasts across multiple content networks, social media platforms and syndication partner sites. Managed and optimized Billboard’s popular YouTube channel with 3.7M subscribers and 1.5B lifetime video views. Line produced and directed multi-camera live stream interviews, events and performances in-studio and on-location. Developed “Backstage at the Billboard Music Awards,” a 5-hour webcast viewed live organically by 500K fans each year. Grew Billboard’s YouTube audience by 50x in 3 years, from 7M views in Jan. 2010, to 350M views in Jan. 2013.
